This two-storey frame structure represents a chapter of local French-Canadian history where Paul Joseph Cyr had purchased his family farm; the Cyr House was finished in 1916. Logs from the mills in the Flathead area of Montana, where Cyr worked, were harvested for the construction of the original house.
