After Labour Day, we are on fall hours: Open Monday to Friday, 10-6. Closed Saturday and Sunday.

Join us for our next Heritage Class! On Saturday, June 7th, learn how to make your own butter, mascarpone and mozzarella cheese. You will need to bring: 4L of milk, 2L of whipping cream, and one lemon. There are limited tickets available for this event so get them while you can!
